Abstract | Management of giant pedunculated polyps can be a challenge for therapeutic endoscopists, mainly because such polyps are not found in commonplace and experience from their management is limited. We describe a novel use of endoclips that induces significant polyp volume reduction, thereby facilitating the endoscopic removal of giant pedunculated polyps. |
